My research currently focuses on qualitative user experience research to inform the design and evaluation of digital solutions. My work integrates Human-Computer Interactions (HCI) and informatics research methods and theories. I also draw from agile and design thinking approaches to develop technology-based, and user-centered technology solutions.
ONGOING RESEARCH
