My research currently focuses on designing compassionate support ecology for life transitions. At present, I focus on a major life transition for women- transition to motherhood. I integrate Human-Computer Interactions (HCI), as well as health informatics research methods and theories into needs analysis and design. I also draw from agile and design thinking approaches to develop technology-based, and user-centered support and wellness interventions.
